I was an old Yorick main. I'm still learning the new kit so don't call myself a new Yorick main yet.
Yorick NEVER received any new skins ... I was extremely disappointed that the update didn't come with a new skin.
Now that it's been quite some time since said update - I am continually disappointed that there is no inkling or news on a new skin...

If a Rioter bothered to come here and respond, they might say...
Yorick is a difficult champion to make skins for. He has a lot of models (mist walkers, soul wall and Maiden) that we have to create a new look for.
They might also throw in the following...
We understand your pain. We feel it too, but we just haven't been able to find a theme that Yorick fits well in.
Then, they'd conclude with...
We're not giving up, though, and we hope you like what we come up with.
Now that the BS is out of the way, let's get to the truth (as I see it).
In other words... Expect Riot to release a lazy "Warden" or "Marauder" skin worth 750 RP before June, just to prevent the "Yorick skin where" memes.

Edit: I've Remove Taric since he got a skin last summer but I still think he should have one more soon cause sexy AF and he obviously need more, Added Sol.
Same, I actually really would like another serious/badass/edgy Yorick skin, but his next one will probably be a joke skin too.
Champs that need new skins the most are urgot, swain, xerath, yorick, heim, and sol (maybe a good zilean skin as blood moon looks bad in game.)
Pretty sure he will get one SOON now that the update was released. All updates of older champions SIon, Poppy, Taric, ect got their new skins awhile after the update (Sion sadly took a few years longer, but newer ones wouldn't be that long as they said). So we just have to wait a bit till the right time when the theme they are doing fits.
Yes.. Every time a new PBE hits I hope that Yorick will get some love with a new skin, but it never happens :(
They can't reveal if/when a new skin is coming. I've seen so many people say that X champion hasn't receive a skin in Y long, only to have one come out eventually. 
Why would they ever release a reworked champion with a new skin?
If they make a 750 skin, people will say they're cheap. If they make a higher priced skin, people will inevitably say that the quality isn't good enough, and that it should be more expensive. If they make an expensive skin, people will say Riot is just trying to get their money.
