client not connecting with wifi?

So, my past few ranked games, the client for some reason hasn't been connecting to my wifi to the point where last game, it almost wouldn't let me enter. My ping was ok once inside, but it's really starting to concern me. I It took me 6-8 tries to get in and I finally got in at 2 min in game. I lost one of my promos cause i disconnected mid game and when I got back 2 minutes later, there was a big team fight which cost us the game cause it was 4v5 for 2 minutes. Everything else is working fine with my wifi, so i'm wondering if it's a bug with the client? anyone else have this problem?

Edit: One thing i forgot to mention: When I disconnected, it would say I'm lv 1 regardless of what level I was at the time. Another weird thing is sometimes I could still move, just not click any skills.
