[CLIENT][CRASH] Game wont let me reconnect but plays in background

I started a game with my friend and while we were loading in something happened then told me to retry to reconnect. Before that happened I was at 100%. So I hit the reconnect button on the beta client and it opened but froze. I couldn't alt - tab to it or click on the thing to open it. So I closed the whole client and re-launched. When I logged in, it said "Game already in progress.." and the reconnect button was gone but I still heard all the game sounds with no way to open it. Alt-tab didn't show it and it was not on my bar at the bottom. My team then remade but it wouldn't let me out of the "game is still in progress" screen so I had to restart my computer. I then got 5 unfair leaver busters because of this bug.

I'm not sure how it happened but this is what I did. I kept pressing the ` key to mute/unmute my mic on discord and that was when I heard the notification keep popping up everytime I hit it. so I alt tabbed and did that. After when it reopened and froze I closed the client but the game thing with the frozen black loading screen that didn't let me even open it was still on my bar. so when I opened the new client again that one froze closed and when I logged back on with no reconnect button thats's when I heard I was somehow in the game with no way of getting to it. At the time I was loading in my microwave was on for 30 secs which gave me semi high ping since my router and microwave have the same frequency waves so that might have something to do with it.
