Bard recall

I don't know when this bug started happening. I am almost positive however it happened after a patch update. But, the main issue that i want to address is that in the beginning of bards recall. Bard and his flute shiver / shake violently for no apparent reason, and it never used to do that. I was just wondering if it could be fixed or looked at by chance, thanks!
