[GAMEPLAY, CRASH] Second failed load-in, 'lost' LP and a ranked match.

This happened once before and was frustrating as hell, but it happened again to me today, costing me my MMR.

I got stuck at 40% loaded in for approx. 3 minutes, and then got to 76%, only to see a notification come up saying the game was no longer running. Post-game lobby tells me I can't earn rewards due to afk behaviours, but I was never in the game to begin with.

Everyone else loaded in, and voted to remake on a game I never got to be a part of.

EDIT: I did a reinstall yesterday via Hextech Repair Tool. Things worked fine. My ping was between 35-50 ms and the loading circle spun the entire time until I got kicked out and punished.
