Soo yeah I can't play because I'm stuck using the useless preset page that I can't even change

I have a similar issue, where the rune page appears behind the client window and is inaccessible.

This happens to me every game... unfortunately it forces me to a pick a cookie cutter group of champions... because I know I cant customize in game...

yo, don't know if u still need help with this but I had the same issue and it got solved when I ran the leugue client as an admistrator ! Best of luck
