Aatrox Phantom hit bug

When aatrox has phantom hit on it will sometimes disable his w for several seconds. This has actually been a bug for like 2 years and i'm surprised it hasn't been addressed yet. This is actually a huge deal if aatrox misses out on a 300 health health or an extra 500 damage every 2 auto attacks. This shit is game breaking and hasn't been fixed since phantom hit was available with sated devourer please fix.
