HUGE BUG! Needs attention!
Lucian's passive now cuts FPS in HALF when activated.
He needs to be disabled ASAP.

I have the same problem and my friends apparently don't have it. Everytime I proc lightslinger or if an enemy lucian in my screen procs lightslinger, my fps gets cut in half for about 1 second.
