Champion Menu Bug

I played as renekton and as I get into game, I open up my champion menu out of habit. I notice that all other 8 tabs for champs are missing the only ones left are the top ones that showed kat and graves(graves on the top right and kat on the top left.) The other champs were hidden. I messed around with it a bit and they move like normal and sometimes even switch champs. I thought i took screenshots to help but apparently windows+print screen didn't take any. And going into replay wont do shit because the menus are all different. It sucks because I can't see how many kills champs had, even graves and kat. The numbers and words were overlapped. Also my hp bar at the very bottom of the screen along with my fury were all jacked up. They would keep bouncing from 0 to current hp and then numbers that don't even make sense like start at 600 or something to 200 hp. So pretty much i was playing in the dark. If i didn't have my fury and hp bar on my champ i would not know how much i would have. Riot please fix this. It cost me my game and i wouldn't want others to play in the dark.
