Yasuo's WW and Vel'koz's Tectonic disruption.

Pretty sure this is a bug but correct me if I'm wrong. When I was playing Vel against yas i couldnt use my e to lift him up when his windwall was up. Which is weird because Vel's e isnt a projectile. It comes from the ground up. Hence the name being tectonic disruption.
