[GAMEPLAY] Rek'Sai's E - Tunnel creates a tunnel but she doesn't go through it

When Rek'Sai uses her burrowed E - Tunnel she makes a tunnel but doesn't go through it. I think that there can be few circumstances when this occurs. (being in some distance from wall when casting burrowed E : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2RCYc2EKECQ&feature=youtu.be ; using 'strange' angle of tunnel on wall: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K-Y1NYBVjkk&feature=youtu.be ; using tunnel on thick wall ; variations of said circumstances) It happens often on this wall (https://streamable.com/067n0) from many angles (from tribrush, river brush river behind river brush etc.).

1. Go into one of mentioned situations.
2. Use burrowed E - Tunnel
3. Tunnel is created but Rek'Sai stays in initial place.

This bug has been occuring since her release back in 2014. Items, level or other champions doesn't affect this bug. It has pretty low reproduction rate (approximately few percent) I couldn't find any better way to make reproduction rate higher. In many situations it caused my and my teammates deaths. (e.g trying ganking bot and my bot goes in but i can't help them fight because of bug or I was escaping enemies but they catched me because of that bug.
