Champion Masteries: Where did they go? [Gameplay/Client]

Ever since Patch 6.9 has been released, I've noticed that I haven't seen anyone use the Champion Mastery Emote (Levels 4 & 5). After playing a few Normal matches, I decided to see how Yorick Interacts with the changes to Tear & Jungle Camps (was able to solo new Rift Herald & 3 Ocean Dragons after getting ). I decided just for fun to press Ctrl 6 (which is the command that is used to display the Mastery Emote), but then nothing happened. Which is odd because the message that appears when you didn't get the mastery emote yet did not appear either. Whether this is a bug or the Mastery emote has been moved to levels 6 & 7 (Which are supposedly on PBE patch 6.10). I'm not upset that they're gone, just curious as to why people who have these emotes haven't spammed them at all. This also seems to be the case with Champions who have the Lv.4 Mastery Emote as well.

Incase there are any skeptics. Yes, I do have a Lv.5 Mastery with Pre-rework Yorick. Isn't practical, but does wonders against Teemo Players.
