Remake bug (4 games with no option to remake)

4 times in the last two days I have lost games 4v5, one of 4 games we were up 28-10 but you simply cannot win a 4v5 in this game. this is a total of 70-80lp and it is already hard enough to climb because it is such a team oriented game.

The common denominator I see is biscuits and/or disconnecting after start time, all 4 games we were not given an option to remake. once out of the 4 games the player came back 8 mins in and fed.
