Game keeps lagging and disconnecting also problems with PvP

I am having a lot of issues where I am getting lag in my games and have to reconnect sometimes. Also PvP.net has been acting buggy disconnecting having troubles connecting or unable to load the home menu. I don't know how to deal with these problems and cant find any other way to report them or look for solutions. It might be a problem with my computer but it is still acting as fine as ever same goes for my internet connection. Its really starting to become a big annoyance now and is making a few of my game-play experiences very miserable. I wanna try playing ranked but I am afraid that these stupid little annoying bugs glitches whatever will just make me a feeder and an annoyance. If there is anything that could help me please share or if anyone else is experiencing the same issues share it since maybe its a bug.
