[GAMEPLAY][CRASH?]Freeze bug (formal bug report)

The freeze bug that was introduced with the DH update is still in the game, so I decided to make a bug report according to the form on this board.

The game sometimes fills up the ram out of nowhere, causing my entire pc to freeze. I've seen others with much better pcs than mine experience the same bug, so as far as I can tell it fills the ram up to an insane amount or even infinitely. In my experience the bug does not resolve itself, so I have to manually turn off my pc (the hard way: holding the button).

I have not found a 100% way to reproduce it, but I have found that the bug mostly happens to me when I take the dark harvest rune, usually right after making a movement command (right clicking on the ground). I don't recall exactly if I've ever had this bug without using Dark Harvest, but I am sure the chances are increased dramatically when Dark Harvest is used, if not only occur when Dark Harvest is used (making it happen to me far more often in ARAM due to DH being more meta there).\
