Need Help. Several small bugs were fixed for me but "We restored an older version of your client"

The message as stated in the title always shows up every time I login, even after repairing my Client the third time. Then the new patch came in and I could't get into a game without a bugsplat, after repairing it though the client worked fine for 2 days without the usual Issues I saw (chat not scrolling with new text in l champ select etc) After I restarted it I got the same version restored with the same dumb issues, without the banner animations and the message shows up again whenever I login.

Can anybody help me how to fix this BESIDES hitting Full repair?
