Ahri's Charm Hitbox is so damn broke.

I swear to god I land Jinx's zap majority of the time, and never have problems with that hit box. But when I charm with Ahri, it never lands. I have literally watch the heart touch another champion and not activate. Can this shit be fixed plz?!

From memory they had to narrow the missile width because it was really stupid. Ahri is pretty balanced as she is, I wouldn't want to touch that.
