Why don't i get honor capsules

Dear riot,

It's been a while now that the honor system has been changed. And with the changes ther was the possibility that there would drop honor capsules. I've been honor level 4 for a few weeks now and have been honor level 3 for a lot longer. The weird thing is that i haven't received a single capsule yet even though i get honored pretty often.

a friend of mine got a capsule when he reached level 3 and he got another a few minutes when he reached honor level 4.

I wanted to know if this is a bug or not, and if not how is it possible that i still haven't gotten a single one.

Hope someone can explain this to me!

I have been Honor4 for a few weeks. ONE honor capsule this entire time (3 and 4).

It is just a wierd system. Honestly honor2 felt better because I was actually getting a fair number of key frags.

1chest per week. 2 chest in 2 weeks. 2 key frags in capsule, 6 key frags should come in 2 weeks. So I wish I got 3 capsules every 2 weeks but it hasn't happened yet.

Well that's the thing... you at least have gotten one. I've gotten none so far :/.

Do you get things from Honor when you log on? Because that's when I get them, and have not gotten a single capsule, and I'm Honor level five

im honor 5 havent gotten any capsules since lvl3. Gotten like 2 key fragments in lvl 4 and nothing else since

I've been honor level 5 for a while now, and I've been honored or most honorable player frequently. I've only had 2 honor capsules ever drop for me, and they were both when I was honor level 3. Haven't gotten a capsule in weeks >.< ~~I did get the grey warwick skin on my second capsule though~~ No drops since then
