no mastery 6 token on yorick

I just played an ARAM with yorick (i'm already mastery 5 on him), and got an s-, but i didn't get the token. Is this a bug? or did riot remove the ability to get tokens from ARAM? Somebody pls help i want my level 6 yorick :(

P.s. i have a screenshot of me getting the s-, but not the token. i only don't know how to post it on here.

Mastery tokens are only earnable on SR, sorry! There's a page that describes all that, but I don't know where it is. I just remember things instead of URLs.
