Illaoi E bug (video)

It appears sometimes my E on Illaoi, the Test of Spirit, is blocked by something mysterious...sometimes it appears to be an allied minion, which shouldn't block you, other times appears to be an enemy minion that recently died..

Today I got the E blocked by Taliyah's worked ground and caught it on video. Also, because my duo buddy is asking if it was blocked by the walls, no, walls do not block your E, they go right through so you can grab people on the other side.
