Top laner LF Gold+ 5s team

Hey, I'm getting the competitive itch and I'm tired of solo queue where you can't work out team strategies or call shots and have your team react decently. So I'm a toplane main, who can fill pretty much everything and do OK at it.

I primarily play tanks: Cho (tank not AP), sion, maokai, shen, renekton, nautilus etc. I can do some carries like Irelia or I really like playing a 21 offense Shyvana top. I'm really looking for a team that is going to focus on its shot calling, have a good idea on the team composition, and improve individual play.
