[CRASH] Twisted Treeline Causes Black Screens, Sometimes Only Solvable By Restart

Every time I play Twisted Treeline either Flex or Blind, I get seemingly random black screens that last anywhere from 5-30 seconds. During this time the League of Legends cursor will be disabled but come back around 5 seconds before I can see the game again. The entire game is responsive during this time and the mouse is visible, but nothing else. Hitting Alt(or Windows)+tab will switch to a different window, but the screen will stay blank. The same happens if I hit Ctrl+Alt+Delete or any other shortcut key (including Windows+CTRL+SHIFT+B, resetting the graphics driver). Closing the window or even logging out of Windows while this bug is happening will not solve the black screen issue and, because of this, requires me to restart my computer.

I believe this is because I use an ATI Graphics card and something about this map is incompatible with the Windows 10 drivers for said graphics card.

My current specs are as follows. Windows 10 Pro 2x 10k RPM Hard drives (1TB, 400 GB) 4GB DDR3 1333 MHZ ATI Radeon HD 4670 3.1GHz Quad Core i5 Intel CPU with Multithreading (Not sure what the model is and can't check at the moment)
