Unable to Unqueue When In A Lobby/Queue Disconnect

While in a queue, a good 50% of the time the queue will continue searching for around a minute and whoever's the host of the lobby will be unable to stop the queue or leave the lobby without completely exiting their client, as well as the other clients stating that the host player isn't ready. Not entirely sure what's causing this issue, but it's been happening for a couple days now. The people I play with that primary have this issue are in the northern US or southern parts of Canada, in case it's possibly a locale issue.
