In game Maokai visual bug

Occasionally in game when you ult and quickly deactivate Maokai's ult the ult animation will still remain active. It will only be visible to Maokai. This bug will continue the rest of the game once its happened. This is an issue in team fights, visual clarity is an issue.

edit: This happens on the default skin, unknown if it happens on any other skin.
