Xin Zhaos Q knock up triggers on phantom hit at sated.
I don't know if this is a bug or a feature
Even if he activates Q and doesn't have the 3rd hit, Xin Zhao can still knock up on Phantom Hit without having to strike 2 times.

I think this might have been an unintended affect much like sated vayne's silver bolts proc every other hit.
