Ping wont die down eversince last nights server problems

So yeah I checked just now you know before I go back to bed to see if the Ping will be okay when I get on to play to grind dat ip for the new champ. But yeah it's constantly locked at 300 to 500 and I usually have 33 to 35 ping. I have tried everything and nothing has worked.
