2 Bugs: Quinn's Blind Going Through BlackShield & Kalista's Auto Attack Animation

So, quinn's blind goes through morgana's black shield, now before people say that the blackshield shouldn't block it, cleanse and QSS both remove it as well, so why shouldn't black-shield?

Secondly, kalista's auto attack animation while kiting seems to be bugged. Her autos while she jumps takes considerably longer, to the point where you feel like that PD you just bought, isn't in your inventory, which is a massive difference.
