Minion corpse stuck on inhib

Yesterday, I was playing varus against AI in a custom game to try out a new build. I noticed the corpse of an enemy creep was stuck on the enemy inhib for several minutes(I forgot if it disappeared at the end) and it could actually block my character.

We had this happen in an ARAM game with Tahm Kench where he swallowed a minion, died, and the dead minion stayed there until the "spit out time" expired... was pretty funny.
