Rek'Sai Bug On Dominion

About every 1 in 5 games I get a but with Rek'Sai where I am unable to use any of the abilities. I can type in chat and use the letters "qwer df" but outside of chat I can't use them for abilities. I've played about 15 games in dominion as Rek'sai and this is starting to be common for me. The bug last anywhere from 2 minutes to 10 minutes before it corrects itself.
