Alpha client needs 250 threads!!!!!!?? For what? It can't even load the next screen without a hiccup

What the fuckingbejeezers is happening inside the Alpha Client? Why does it need 250+ threads all of my CPU to just hang out and hiccup every time I click on any goddamn button. It uses 95% of my CPU on idle and then crashes when I want to click one simple button. Comes back with a vengence and starts hogging up all the CPU time again. Do I need tpo upgrade my machine, cuz any other client works well with no issues. Just this Riotrash is acting up like it was written by high schoolers for a science project.
