Annie passive bug

On my second account i ran into an old bug with annies passive and ult combo. This time it happened 2 times in 1 game, and yes i know the stun radius when using annies ult. There is a bug where annies stun doesn't actually stun when you using the passive and ult combo and that bug happened 2 times in my last aram game
