All Chat/Time Stamp Bug

Alright, quick bug report here but every game for about the last 4-5 games I have my all chat and timestamp settings revert every game for some odd reason. Not a huge problem, but it is a tad annoying to have to change the settings every game to be able to see the timestamp and to be able to talk in all chat.

But yeah, that is the bug, timestamp and all chat disable after every game.
