Ranked Draft Bug

Not sure how to reproduce this or if this is happening to other people, but I just recently experienced the below bug.

I was blue side (for picking) and in the fourth spot to pick. Everything goes normal until just before it is my turn to pick where their team goes to take lissandra and fiddlesticks. The liss locks in, which is fine but then things went off.

I believe (can't know for sure) that the fiddle also locks in pretty quickly as well as league kicked me back into champ select, however I could not choose a champ at all. League was still saying that the fiddle had not locked in yet and had 30 seconds left to pick, so I went back to scrolling through things online. After this happened it kicked backed to league after either the 30 second timer that I had seen ran out or my teammate picked as it would allow him to (not sure which because I wasn't there).

When it kicked back to me it showed the normal time for me to choose a champ, yet after about 20 seconds it kicked me from the lobby and said I had failed to select a champion and had been removed from the lobby. I lost 3 lp and got the 6 minute wait.

Overall, this is not a big deal but if it was to happen during promos to someone I am sure they would not be happy about it. Worth it for me to post this in case it is happening to a few other people and then Riot can look into this (hopefully).
