I am having the same issue. I NEVER selected Russia no matter what the tech supports say. . .I check that shit. I uninstalled and reinstalled. . .it worked for 1 launch. I had Us terms of service, accepted them. Checked the client and it was good. Closed and re-launched. . back to Russian again.

And it's still in Russian. I can't even go in to change the region now because I chose the option to automatically sign in... So when I open the client now, it automatically asks me to Accept/Decline a Russian ToS.
