[Client/Gameplay] Blocked in the fountain circle or only being able to move into the enemy fountain

This has happened muuuuuultiple times now. I either get locked into my own fountain circle, OR if I try to move ANYWHERE my hero starts walking into the enemy fountain. The only way around it I've found to work is quit the game and reconnect (hopefully before the 5min allowance before I get banned).

I think this happens when the client takes extra long to load, so there might be a miscommunication between the client and the server. And I think this has started around when Season 5 beta rolled out.
