Can a man get some chest??

Rito bug... I've been playing multiple new champions and getting S ratings on each of them, yet I never get a new chest. I've checked my profile and it says I have four chests available but I never get one when anyone gets an S. Apparently this is not new news so it'd be great if Rito can finally fix this bug.

Did you get chest on those champions? You can only get 1 chest per champion per season.

No I haven't gotten chests for many of them yet, they were all newly played champions.

If they were free week champions... You have to own them to get loot.
