In-game bug

There's a bug in-game that makes me only able to move but not perform any other functions. I can send messages to my team as well, but I can't buy items, upgrade abilities, ping and for some reason all my abilities are quickcasted and then there's a chance where I won't be able to move my champion no matter how many times I click. It happens like this, I click my space button to focus the camera on myself because it is across the map and it doesn't work. So I move the camera to me with my cursor. Then I try to move but it is a little laggy. I tried pinging but it doesn't work. I can tell on chat what's happening to me to my team and then I just get stuck in one place and I start auto attacking anything I see even if I'm clicking away. I got stuck in the same position in team fights too many time... I managed to walk back to the store but I couldn't search/buy/click any item.

So to sum it up, at any point of time it suddenly prevents me from doing any action and my abilities may or may not work and if they work they are quick casted and the only thing I can do is move around the map and chat and I may not be able to move at all. Another person in my team had the same problem and he kept telling on chat that his screen has a problem. The only way to actually fix it is to just wait till its gone which is in 1 - 3 minutes...

Please fix it ASAP.
