Repair failed

I want to play league and when I try to join it says "Repairing" then after that it says "Repair failed" and I click on the more information link, I try everything they said I should try, I watch some videos, nothing works, I sent a support ticket but nobody replied yet Can someone help plz If you help me and it works you get a free cookie
