In Game Bug

For the past 3 weeks every 1-2 game i get a bug which makes a part of the game freeze, anything that isnt in the screen coming in such as champions or minions are invisible but no ping problem or fps. I see healthbars of minions and champions who were in my screen. But as the bug comes in they can drop to 1 and dont die. Also any spell animation is invisible. This can last from few seconds to a minute. My spells still get casted, autos as well, sometimes i see my cooldowns. But yea it changes games a bit when it happens 5 times in a game.
