Inconsistent ping, my Q,W,E,R, etc sometimes do not work or activate at all and weird delay.

Just recently has this issue occurred to me. I wasn't the kind of person to have bad ping and whatever, but usually I have 30-19 ping. But after today and 3 games, my ping has fluctuated to beyond 500 and now after my last games I am stuck at 70 ping. I also noticed sometimes my abilities like my q w e r etc would not activate, and that my commands were delayed. I restarted league, I restarted my computer, but I'm still having the issue. I even made sure that all other devices on my Wi-Fi were off. The only things I have open are League and at the time Discord (I quit discord to see if it was the problem, but it wasn't). If anyone can tell me or give me a clue as to what is happening, it would be much appreciated.
