Game kicks me from draft for no reason and gives me 15 min cooldown.

I got my secondary role and autofilled 7 games in a row (dodged all of them never got my role/champ)

I accept match, game doesn't start and client says that I failed to accept

Inconsistent ping, my Q,W,E,R, etc sometimes do not work or activate at all and weird delay.
