I accept match, game doesn't start and client says that I failed to accept

Happens once in a while when i'm searching for a match (Twisted Treelines, ARAM, Ranked etc.) Starting to get pretty annoying, as when these matches don't start I end searching for another, which would again not start until eventually I do find one but I don't end up getting my lane. Riot please bug splat.
