I Just Lost a Mastery Level 6 Token. Pls help!

So I just finished playing a game and to my surprise and enjoyment, i had received an S on . It was my first S of the season, so i was excited because that meant I had just earned a hextech chest. I had also leveled up to champion mastery level 5. This meant that I also received a lv6 token for her. The message for the chest, lv 5, and the lv6 token all popped up, one after another. I then left the post game screen and went straight to hextech crafting. After forging a key, I pressed the orange open button. Unfortunately, the game crashed and I had to reboot the client. I had seen this glitch before, so I knew that I would not lose my chest or key. I then opened the chest (unfortunately got a champion shard). I then kept looking at that page, deciding if I wanted to do anything, when I suddenly realized that my mastery lv6 token was missing.

I has since re-logged into the client multiple times hoping that it would appear, praying that it maybe was just delayed in showing up.
