Stuck on "Creating Ranked Party"

Queued up right after a winning a game and I noticed it was taking way too long to get into a new game (About 9 minutes). So I closed out of client and when I logged back in I'm in "Creating Ranked Party" and I can't click "Find Match" because it says "Players are not ready" which is odd because I'm playing solo. Tried to click the "X" next to "Find Match" to leave the party and it put me in the "Home" page but kept me in the party. Closed and logged back in a few times and nothing changes. I can't even play other modes.

Edit: Also logged back in with 0 RP/IP

Seems this is a recent bug. Hope it gets fixed soon.

Edit #2: It's fixed! (for me). Idk if anyone else is still having the problem tho.

Can you guys all re-log and check once more? We saw a hiccup in the service, but it seems to be resolved now--usually with a re-log.

Somehow I joined my friend's queue - yay - and now I can't select roles. So basically the same thing still.
