[CLIENT] Home screen images not loading & [CLIENT] Never-ending attempt to log onto chat service

In this case, both of these problems occurred simultaneously, so I figured I'd put them in the same post. I know that the bug where the news-feed images do not load can occur by itself, but I'm not sure if the chat log-on bug has ever occurred on it's own.

1: [CLIENT] Occasionally, Home screen's News-feed images do not load upon log-in. As can be seen in the screenshot, all the news-feed titles are as they should be, but have no images behind them. This happens sometimes when I first log into League of Legends (maybe around 25% of the time it happens, if I had to guess), and it persists through matches.

2: [CLIENT] Occasionally, the client displays "Logging onto chat service..." ** indefinitely upon log-in.** This Bug seems to occur much less frequently, and disables all friends list-related functions. I haven't tried playing a match when this happens to see if it persists like the other bug does.

I think there's definitely a chance that these two bugs are related.
