Random lag with regular FPS and PING

I am currently in a ranked game playing as leblanc and me and a few other players are getting random server lag with normal FPS/Ping from our service providers...

im also getting random lag spikes in game (and i played earlier today no problems), everything else is connected fine and bandwidth has no problems either
