100% loading screen, game doesn't start, have to restart client

I don't know if other people get this bug, but a couple of times I would be in the loading screen and would get to 100% fairly fast (solid state drive), but then the game doesn't load. After a long time passes, I figure there must be a bug, so I exit and restart client. Then, what do you know, it's 5 minutes into the game. I try my best, but it's tough to win when you start the game 5 minutes late.

Last game this happened, and I got put into lower priority for "afk and leaving behavior". Of course I did not afk nor leave. As soon as I restarted the client I played the entire game.

This is doubly frustrating -- a bug in the client causing me to start the game late and me getting punished for it.

Do other people get this problem?

It's happened to me a few times as well. The first time I was lucky enough to be playing in a team and they told me the game had started while I was at loading screen. I've made a thread about it before, but no responses. It started happening during the Bilgewater event.
