[CLIENT] Chat filter not disabling

Pretty simple. I'm in an ARAM game chatting with both sides rather amicably, only profanities are getting blurred out. "Well," says I, "all my chat settings probably deleted themselves again, like they do every patch for who knows what reason. No biggie." So I wait until the enemy team finishes using us for chew toys and the game ends, then I go to my settings and guess what? According to settings, chat filter is already disabled.

So, are there some words that get filtered no matter what, or is my chat filter bugged? It's been like this since the start of this patch, but I kept never remembering to check settings between games.

Reproduction: I go into games and say something naughty, asterisks show up. Every time.

Frequency: I can get it to occur any time. No screenshots, but I can probably easily get some if y'all need it.
