[Client] I need and adult...

Okay Riot, or someone please HELP ME!!! I am having several issues with the client. Can't get it to launch, store is broken and it's just its making me just AHHH!!!! ┻━┻ ︵ヽ(`Д´)ﾉ︵ ┻━┻

So it starts like this i click the League of Legends icon in my start menu. Boom it pops up. I click launch the first screen disappears my blue spiny wheel does it's thing... and then nothing. Lather, rinse, repeat. But this time when I click the icon it says and instance is already running I click terminate. The pvp kernel process stays up sometimes. I close that. Same thing! I run as admin... same thing! And when I do get the launcher to work I log in. I click the store... it makes the sound... aaaaand black screen. SOMETIMES it opens... but then none of the pages load... and this is especially annoying when there is a sale going on.... LIKE NOW!! PLEASE HELP ME!!!
