LoL Game Freezes

Heyo. This thing has happened to me multiple times now. Everything works fine until the client suddenly disconnects, and then when i reconnect, i'm unable to move or cast any spells, or type in the chat window. It gets really annoying and disappointing for the team too. What's going wrong with the client? Any ideas? Thank you for your kind cooperation.
